Today, Tuesday 8th March, children from Primary 5 and 6 enjoyed a trip to our local library. This trip was to celebrate World Book Day and encourage children to get back out to using our local libraries. Children met Claire and Orla from the library and were given a short talk about using the library, the choice of books and how to borrow and return books. Children were then given a tour of the library and allowed some free time to choose books of their choice. It was a wonderful little trip and we hope it all helps to develop a love for reading.
