Today, Michael, from Action Mental Health visited our Primary 6 class. This workshop provided children with opportunities to explore “5 ways to a healthy you”. They identified different emotions, discussed helpful, unhelpful behaviours and considered people they could talk to when they needed to share their emotions. The children had lots of fun, watched some videoclips, listened to music and played outdoors. We all agreed it was a very special day!
