Today, Rosie, from ‘Action Mental Health’, took the Year 7 children through a healthy me workshop.The children thoroughly enjoyed the fun, interactive activities,discussions and video clips.The children will undoubtedly take away so many important messages from this day as we all know the importance of having a healthy mind and body.Thank you Rosie for being a ray of sunshine and making us all smile today.
