Primary 2 and Primary 3 had a fun and active morning today with a visit from Sandra from Young Enterprise Northern Ireland. Sandra explored the various features and people in the community of Omagh and Killyclogher and their jobs and roles in the local community. The pupils began to complete a Primary Programme Journal called “Our Community” which they will finish next week. The pupils enjoyed the matching and sticker activities in their journals on identifying places in the community familiar to them. Primary 2 and 3 are really looking forward to Part 2 of this workshop next Wednesday morning and learning more about their community!
